"Recent studies show that every 26 seconds in the U.S. a student drops out of high school...nearly half of students who enroll in high school will never receive their high school diploma."

But somewhere in the underground and off the radar youth and teen entrepreneur coach Shonika Proctor is showing her full commitment to working with spirited and determined teens who are beating the odds in SCHOOL, in LIFE and in BUSINESS. They are becoming self-sufficient on their own resolve!

As a prospective sponsor (individual or corporate) you can engage and learn with and from them as they take the first - and subsequent - steps toward building an entrepreneurial mindset. The result? A way of thinking that will forever impact the way they think, work and live.

Having an entrepreneurial mindset is not a different approach to thinking but the only approach to thinking. Whether you decide to work for yourself or someone else having an entrepreneurial mindset will determine your ultimate quality of life (or lack thereof).

-Shonika Proctor, Pioneer of Teen Entrepreneurship Coaching

Everyday across the U.S. there is a surge of radical niche businesses being developed by young people in their teens.

In the world of the Renegade CEO's we are ALL about rebellious, extreme, independent, radical, underground teens who want and need their ideas to be heard like yesterday! While we realize that these traits are a parents' or teachers' worst nightmare, these are the most desirable traits of a DREAM coaching candidate for our next successful Teen Renegade CEO.

Daniel Uribe has traveled more than 4,000 miles...on a skateboard! That is exactly why he is the founder and president of Lazer Bearings, a wholesale company that designs high-end silicon nitride ceramic bearings for skateboards, roller skates, movie dollies and everything else that rolls. He’s a thrash innovator!

Our teen entrepreneurs thrive here…in a world that's mysterious, unknown to most and definitively 100% their own. It's a magical yet wickedly dark place and a global 'living laboratory' where they manifest raw talent and fulfill uninhibited dreams.

Note: The use of safety equipment is strictly prohibited.

Many of the youth and teens in our program live in broken/single family homes or have overcome a tremendous personal hardship so any level of contribution helps us significantly. Our community is completely operated by self-generated funding and generous sponsors like you.

If you don't proactively support youth & teens now...you may have to support them in the near future as a caretaker or taxpayer.

Let's Creatively Work Together!

1. Sponsor Our Retro-Progressive How-To Videos ($1,500 each)

These timely yet timeless videos focus on progressive yet wholesome themes that are relevant to today's teen. Videos are scripted, edited and filmed by teens in either our Washington, DC or Los Angeles Studio. As a corporate sponsor you will receive your name, product or service strategically mentioned or placed in the video and tagged as a resource. See a sample of our work here:

2. Sponsor Our Workshop Series ($3,500 per series)

Our workshop series integrates chapters/themes (from holistic to marketing & branding) excerpted from our book, Teen Entrepreneur Success Secrets, and pairs them with supplementary multimedia hands-on training tools, workbooks, videos and case studies. Your donation helps to fund research, design and production of these workshops. These workshops are offered in after-school programs, business classes, conferences and seminars. These workshops help introduce and expose the entrepreneurial mindset to teens, educational advocates and prospective global and complimentary partners who are not yet familiar with our program.

3. Sponsor-A-Teen CEO

Our most accomplished Teen CEO's are doing all sorts of amazing things from generating revenues equal to their household incomes to running a business out of an office space that they leased on their own. However, it took a lot of coaching and ongoing support from various people in both online and offline communities to get them to that level. By sponsoring a Teen CEO you provide them with reserve capital that allows them to be exposed to opportunities they may not have had the chance to do otherwise such as:

  • Traveling out of the state to meet with a potential investor or client
  • Entering a business plan competition
  • Taking public speaking or ongoing professional development classes
  • Designing & Manufacturing a sample prototype of a product
  • Having legal contracts drafted

Currently, most of the work they have done to date has been purely guerrilla marketing, along with their responsibilities of going to school and helping as needed at home. Your sponsorship of a Teen CEO or donation of any amount helps alleviate some of their start up and growth struggles.

'Meto' proudly brands herself as the ultimate Nintendork. She is a self-taught anime artist who is often lost in a world of manga and chibi’s that she has spent more than 8 years creating. In addition to being young, she’s swimming upstream as a girl in a guy's world! She is currently creating her first comic book.

Level 1:  'Rags to Niches': $600 (or $50/mo)

Since all Renegade CEO's realize that 'Living Your Dream' is about moving in sync with your own reality, Level 1 Teen CEO's learn to align their mind-spirit-body as they are taught the importance of discovering, embracing and celebrating their unique talents and gifts. Once they learn how to run to things instead of from them, they are able to figure out their ideal niche business.

Patricio Quezada realizes that as a talent scout and CEO of an emerging modeling & talent agency, in just a few quick moments he has to make his point. He has to BE what he seeks to do with the aspiring models, singers, actors and other performers who want to be stars...he has to make a statement...that will be remembered.

Level 2: 'Seuss Shall Set You Free': $1500 (or $125/mo)

When adults evolve from breakdown to breakthrough and experience their Zen and AHA moments they are usually like 'aaaaaah' and envisioning the sunset across a beautiful background. However, when teens have a breakthrough moment, it is because their confidence is increasing, so they usually get a little crazy and a little radical. Often times if not guided properly they can quickly end up right back where they started. So in Level 2 they are learning a bit of Seuss'ism strategies, getting comfortable with speaking & interviews and learning how to maintain a purpose driven focus no matter how silly others think it sounds or seems at that time. These training techniques will ultimately allow them to continue to have fun yet help them build a personal brand that becomes more relevant and focused with time.

Muata Gibson-Hunter is radically different than most 15 year old boys. He spends most of his time reading and writing. He is a prolific writer who recently completed his second graphic novel, 52 Blocks. With a love of ancient martial arts, pencil art and a great story line, Muata is on a mission to produce a series of books that will become a full length feature film. Having an older brother as a screenwriter just might help him get there a little faster ;-)

Level 3:  'Go Beyond...': $3,000+

Because most teens know EVERYTHING and NOTHING at all ;-) Level 3 Teens have made it almost as far as Teen Entrepreneur Coach Shonika Proctor can take them. At this point they are becoming extremely independent and have to really begin transitioning into interesting and unique partnerships with more established firms in their respective industry that can help them truly evolve to the next level. At this stage teen CEO's are usually meeting with Angel Investors, designing & manufacturing products, building ecommerce stores and they may even be outsourcing some of their backend support.

DaeQuaan Williams is an avid lover of all things Motocross (MX). He has spent more than half of his life actively involved in the sport of Motocross and he's only 12 years old! From controlling his turns on curves to changing his exhaust system, there are few things that DaeQuaan hasn’t figured out how to fix or modify on his own MX bike. While he's considering a career in racing, first things first as he’s finishing the design and prototype of his 30cc (adult) MX training bike and his family-friendly Motocross Parks.
